“I must admit, I love great food, which is why our pasta is made fresh everyday. Great food starts with high quality ingredients and I just can’t limit myself to just one type of olive oil or balsamic vinegar. Like fine wine, olives grown in different regions have a distinctive taste. As a chef, I frequently taste new products from all over the world and I often add them to our product list. Over time we started to share our favorite olive oils, sea salts, honey, jam and other products with local chefs. As the number of requests increased, we were inspired to add these extraordinary olive oils, sea salts, and other food items to our website.
