“I must admit, I love great food, which is why our pasta is made fresh everyday. Great food starts with high quality ingredients and I just can’t limit myself to one type of olive oil or balsamic vinegar. Like fine wine, olives grown in different regions have a distinctive taste. As a chef, I frequently taste new products from all over the world and I often add them to our product list.
